3. Ownership of Designs

3.1. All customized designs created by Rovo.lk remain the property of Rovo.lk unless the customer has explicitly paid for ownership rights.

3.2. Customers are prohibited from reproducing or using Rovo.lk designs for commercial purposes without prior approval.

4. Order Process

4.1. Orders are processed upon confirmation of payment.

4.2. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate design specifications and delivery information.

5. Delivery Policy

5.1. Rovo.lk ensures timely delivery of parcels and works with trusted shipping partners to provide the best possible service.

5.2. While we strive for punctuality, delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur.

5.3. Customers will be notified immediately of any delivery issues, and Rovo.lk will actively assist in resolving them.

6. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

6.2. Customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is an error on Rovo.lk's part.

6.3. Refunds for eligible cases will be processed within 7 working days.
